Sarah Nardoni

"I believe the mental and physical are inseparable. To reach your potential, you must train both."

Meet Sarah Nardoni

Rooted in Experience.
Driven by Results.

With 10 years of experience coaching Division 1 track and cross country, I've seen firsthand what separates the good athletes from the great ones. It's rarely just about the miles—it's about the mind.

My unique approach combines high-level athletic coaching with a background in therapy and counseling. This allows me to help runners navigate performance anxiety, build genuine self-belief, and train with a level of clarity they've never had before.

10 Years D1

Coached All-Americans and led teams to NCAA Championship Appearances.

Therapist Background

Education and experience in mental health and counseling. Mind-Body Bridging Certified.

Proven Framework

Systems built for both recreational and elite competitive success.

Athlete Centered

Focusing on the whole person to prevent burnout and injury.

"I've spent a decade on the track with some of the best athletes in the country. I know what it takes to perform when it matters most."

My time as a Division 1 coach taught me that physical preparation is only half the battle. The athletes who consistently reach the podium are the ones who have mastered their internal narrative.

Core Values & Beliefs

These principles guide every training plan I write and every coaching session I lead.

Work With Your Mind

Performance anxiety isn't something to 'fix'—it's something to navigate. Learn to use your mind as an ally, not an opponent.

Self-Belief is Built

Confidence isn't a personality trait; it's a skill developed through consistent, intentional mental and physical practice.

The Mental-Physical Link

You cannot maximize physical fitness if your mental state is drained. We train the whole athlete, always.

Sustainable Performance

We focus on clarity and accountability to reduce fatigue, injury, and burnout, ensuring long-term success.
